Wix Code not working well on Safari

I keep receiving the same error “This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred.”
This happens when I’m going between pages. It reproduces on iPhone, iPad & Macbook.
I’ve noticed many errors while visiting the website on Safari, please see some examples:

This appears to be related to a problem we’re aware of, which started a few days ago after an update of Safari / iOS.
What are the versions you are running on?

On Macbook air Safari 11.1(13605.1.33.1.2)
On my iPhone 11.3 (15E216)
And I’ve also tested it in iDigital store on multiple devices.

What is the estimated fix for this issue?

Please share the site URL - would like to take a look on the problem. Just checked on my machine [11.1 (11605.1.33.13)] with a few sites and it’s looks good without reload.

After I updated my iPhone to iOS ver. 11.3, similar problem also happend with the message “This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred.”
I’ve tried my website that this bug is still occurring now.

Today was the 1st day i tried viewing my premium site on my iPad, so therefore no previous cached history of page. I got exactly the same message as everyone else. Is this not fixed yet? This needs attention ASAP. Any info on this problem please?

Well, this is soooo frustrating! I did as instructed and 2 replies from Wix say they cannot replicate the error. This is odd considering I have seen people reporting the same issue back in April. I downloaded Chrome and Google app but exactly the same. Also tried it on my Samsung Tablet (quite old now) and get absolutely nothing on there either. I read that it had been fixed some time ago but apparently not!

It’s difficult to keep working on my site as I just cant see my site for longer than a second! Wish I hadnt upgraded to Premium now. They say they will get back to me so I hope they find a fix quickly.

Just sharing in case others have same problem.

Same issue here on my iphone5 running Safari. Cleared history - issue still here.

It may be depends on the type of device that you use. It doesn’t mean that it’s the same issue. Therefore, I recommend contacting Support, since they have the tools to check whether it’s a local issue or an issue on our end.

Angelicroaming- Do you have a ticket number?
Eoriabhaigh- Have you contacted Wix Support ? If so, what did they answer? Can you send me the ticket number as well?

I’m having similar issues. I’m currently working on a client’s website, having an embedded multi-step form in an iframe.
The site works well on other devices, but the form doesn’t work on safari (apple devices). The form on its own works well when access directly in the browser(outside Wix) but step-wise submissions don’t work in Wix.

Also similar error like the screenshot above get thrown in the console log when in safari.

Have you fixed this issue. I am having issues with submissions on my registration page. Everything works find with other browsers just not any apple devices.
