Has anyone else experienced this problem? Wix editor gets stuck loading, it’s been like this for 3 hours. I’ve tried different ways around. Any possible information/solution to this is appreciated
Mostly it happens when the network is slow, try again with high speed internet connection
My internet is working fine, its been 10 hours with it still not working. Is there no real solution?
What browser? What computer?
Try deleting cache and cookies for that site. That might help.

Im using google chrome, I’ve tried deleting cookies and cache, i’ve tried incognito mode, using edge browser. I have a contributor on my website who tried accesing my website editor and it also didnt work. He then tried accesing other sites he’s working on where it worked for him. He recommended I file a support ticket
@info84220 Hmm, it really sounds strange. I use Chrome for all of my examples and never have any trouble. In fact, I usually use Safari, but it’s a bit flakey. Whenever I encounter difficulties in Safari, I then try Chrome and it always works.
I too recommend opening a ticket.
But meanwhile, please post your site’s URL and I’ll take a look.

You can contact the Wix support team . They’re really good. I once opened a ticket to see how the system worked. I had a really bizarre issue that they figured out - I wouldn’t have found it in a million years.
