a wix-email API would be great for working with forms, to be able to send automated emails.

You can post through fetch to Zapier and then use any e-mail service out there or there are samples of using SendGrid.

Yep, i saw the example with the SendGrid.
Wouldnt be easier though with a ā€œin-houseā€ email service?
look how many steps the example has, and think how many steps a wix-email API will haveā€¦
emailsent.to(ā€˜email@email.comā€™); ā€” done.

Currently it is possible only with code and external services like Sendgrid. But we are working on bringing this ā€œin houseā€.

Is there any update on if/when this might be available? I just want something simple to send enquiries through to an internal email address.
