Wix Form - Best Practices

Hi, everyone and thanks in advance for your help.
I am new to Wix and Corvid and I am wondering which are the best practices to manage Wix forms.

In my home page I setup a Wix form (name, email, message etc.), and after you fill it you get a download link.

If I want to set up a form - with the same structure - in another page as well; should I duplicate the Home Page form or create a new one?
And if I have to create a new one for every page, should I put the same dataset or a new one for each form?

Any tips, or link to educational link would be much appreciated.

Hi, if you want to use same form then you should just copy and paste it(small advice: put it inside the strip or box also bring the code in the separate file), if your form should have different data from collection you can use dynamic pages https://support.wix.com/en/article/about-dynamic-pages-4488730
