I have tried wix forms and created a wix multi check box but when the form is submitted to my email the field subject is “Choose pizza toppings” I cannot change it and it’s getting annoying now.
Has anyone any idea how to change this field name as I’ve already changed it in the field but it won’t change in the emails.
Another option I might be looking at is to use some code to allow a check box form but not sure how to do this as I’m not versed in code so much these days?
Any help would be most appreciated as I’ve searched the wix website help and I’ve looked for answers online but nothing?
