Wix Form - Multilingual - main language is not appearing in the emails received; how can this be fixed?

I have created a multilingual website. Main language is English, the other is Spanish. I have a Wix form on the website. I created the form in English and translated all the titles of each section into Spanish.

When a contact form is submitted in either English or Spanish, the contact form received lists the titles of the form in Spanish (eg. Name, email, phone, message details, etc.) even if the person submitted the info on the English contact form.

Is there a way to fix this?
