I’m having trouble with the Get Feedback feature on Wix Editor. It is working for desktop view, but when I toggle over to mobile view, it doesn’t display. The loading icon just keeps going but nothing is displayed. Has anyone encountered this before? Is there any workaround? Or are there any alternative ways to get client feedback on an unpublished Wix site?
Is this still happening for you? To double check, have you designed the mobile breakpoint? Is this a Wix/Studio site? Are you opening the link the tool gives on desktop?
