Hope you guys read this and can help. Over the past two years I have had numerous customers who I need to ‘hand hold’ through the discount coupon journey. Simply put, the APPLY button is not prominent nor familiar with Non-USA customers. Can you please change the form to give either more prominence to the button and/or to include explanation?

Why don’t you create a how-to video on youtube? This would be a great short-term fix and then you could send a set of instructions to your clients! We all could benefit from it.
