WIX Hotels - reservation pricing

I own www.warsawapt.com , which was build with WIX hotels.
A guest reserved for 30/8 – 19/9 (20 days) and was charged 3058 PLN.
My question: How did WIX Hotels arrive to this price??

Data:

  • reservation is for 3 guests

  • My regular daily price is 130 (no special weekend price)

  • Weekly price - 820

  • Every person above 2 adults - 12 PLN

  • Summer pricing - up to 31/8 (so 2 days, if I understand correctly)

  • 316 daily price (no special weekend price)

  • 25 for extra guest (I guess it’s also above 2?)
    Taking all the above, I was never able to arrive to 3058.
    HELP!!

I also encouraged myself, before writing this post, to reach to WIX support team. However, I was not able to find anywhere their email or any other way to contact them. Just useless support articles that state the obvious.

BTW, Booking.com has a really nice way for breaking down payment to its components.

Sorry for being so clueless (typically I’m very computer savvy) but - I don’t see any support option to the right, nor do I see any partner dashboard. I see a chat on the bottom right and there were a few “support” contacts there so I sent them the question. Will this help?
