Today I’ve noticed across all our sites, all dynamic pages which display a video from the CMS have stopped working. They just show a placeholder video. Images and text still load from the CMS.
Is this a known issue?
spent the last hour trying to troubleshoot this, glad I’m not the only one! Suddenly all videobox cms connections stopped working. I tried to rebuild it with a blank page and a new collection and got the same issue
Did you report it to Wix Support?
Thanks for this. Someone on the Discord mentioned and I see the thumbnail but for me, the video doesn’t play. I was raising it and the team is aware of it and working on a resolution.
EDIT: Issue should be resolved now.

It’s partially resolved. The videos now play, but the thumbnail is the placeholder video.

I’m not sure if you want to share the link to the site here and maybe I can take a look; if you’re unable to share it here, customer care can take a closer look and escalate as needed.
This issue has just started again, my clients videos are all no longer connecting again after being down for most of the day yesterday.
