[Issue with the stream showing on Video Manager but not on our website channel where is supposed to be displayed.

What are you trying to achieve:
[We stream our church service each Sunday using WIX on-line streaming. We use OBS and the stream works OK to channel 1 next day (Monday) we see only a test video placed there on Saturday that shows 794 MB but runs for only 7 seconds.
What have you already tried:
[I have been on WIX support 4-5 times tying to sort out this and other issues. We have successfully streams to both FB and YT but both block our legal and licensed music content.
WIX has our last hope in getting this done. We are happy the live works but most of our users use the library of past services to view.
