Wix manual payment ticketing

So here is my ideal situation:

  1. Customer order tickets
  2. Customer receives confirmation email of order and instruction on manual payment (bank transfer).
  3. we manually confirm the bank transfer and categorize them as “paid”.
  4. After clicking them as “paid” they receive the invoice and the tickets.

This seems impossible to do! Right now, because of manual payment, they receive the tickets with the order. IS there a way of doing the above?
