Wix Ticketing manual payments unusable

Unfortunately, when using manual payments, wix ticketing is not usable. It doesn’t differentiate paid and unpaid in the way the response emails work.
The method:

  1. Design the ticket and email that customer receives for ordering tickets
  2. Customer orders and receives bank transfer details
  3. Customer pays by bank transfer
  4. We note the payment and mark the customer as paid. However, if we do this, it send the same email as the order. The system should allow for a different email with the ticket sent with it.
    instead, I have to:
  • close registration
  • redesign the ticket,
  • redesign the email
  • mark the customer paid which send the redesigned email and tickets
  • After marking all paid cistomers, redesign the ticket as an unpaid order
  • redesign the email
  • re-open registration.
    Manual payment is a no-go for ticketing. The wix system is not adaptable to it. I prob need to downgrade my subsciption until they can implement proper procedure for manual pay ticketing.
