We’ve been making changes to our site now for several months and added a member section for partner management. We noticed recently this functionality stopped working, what we didn’t notice is that all of our pages we created under the Member Area were gone. We then went back and restored to the latest site we saved which had them. All is well we thought, until we tried to edit them. The editor froze and the member pages disappeared again.
We tried this in Safari, Chrome and Firefox thinking maybe something was wrong with a particular browser but all experienced the same symptoms. We submitted a ticket to Wix 5 days ago and have heard absolutely NOTHING back on our issue. So now we have half a site working. No partner management. We are rethinking our decision to go with Wix for our website given lack of prompt support – especially for something as critical as this.
