Briefly explain what’s not working or where you’re stuck
My site localization works correctly everywhere except in the Wix Pro Gallery captions and descriptions. On the German page (/de/overview-apps) I sometimes see English captions/descriptions, and on the English page (/overview-apps) I sometimes see German captions/descriptions. The gallery items/layout are the same across languages — only the caption/description text is affected.
Working in (e.g. Wix Studio Editor, Wix Editor, Dev Mode, CMS, etc.)
Wix Multilingual (no CMS). Wix Pro Gallery. Happens on the live site.

What I’m trying to do
I want captions and descriptions in the Pro Gallery to always match the language of the page URL:

/de/… should always show German captions/descriptions

/… (English) should always show English captions/descriptions
No mixed languages.
What I’ve tried so far

Verified that all Pro Gallery captions/descriptions are translated correctly using Wix Multilingual translations (no CMS).

Tested by making small intentional changes in DE and EN captions/descriptions to confirm translations exist.

The correct language appears sometimes, which suggests the translations are set up properly.

Tested switching languages using the website language menu — the issue can still occur.

When navigating between the pages using regular links / direct URLs (instead of the language menu), the issue happens more often.

I tried to look up whether there is a cookie that affects the language, but none of the wixLanguage cookie values I found seem to have a persistent impact.
Extra context

The problem affects only the Pro Gallery caption/description text. All other localized content on the site is consistently correct.

The issue is intermittent (“sometimes correct, sometimes wrong”), which makes it hard to debug and seems like a caching/state issue specific to Pro Gallery translations.
Whats next?
I am now thinking about using two galleries — one for the German page and one for the English page — but I can’t simply opt out of Wix language management for a single page, which is a bummer (or I just can’t find where to do that).
