Wix Restaurant Orders - change to "pickup" as default.

80% of our menu is Pickup only, but the default is “delivery” so visitors see a largely empty menu. It is not clear they need to toggle that view due to its placement near the checkout option. Could someone suggest a way to override the default selection? Thank You!
