Wix seems to be broken

Question:
Why is almost every feature of my Wix sites becoming riddled with bugs and nonsense?

Product:
I’m a Premium Plan subscriber for over 6 years.

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m desperately trying to wake up Wix before I have to rebuild my entire career on another platform.

What have you already tried:
I’ve reached out to customer support a dozen times and still see the same bugs in your software.

Additional information:
Is this because of the war? Is there any plans to fix the problems? Will I get a sufficient response that shows me someone is listening and willing to do better?

I like Wix, but I completely understand and empathize with your opinion. There was a time when I repeatedly reached out about a specific issue and ended up feeling disheartened, wondering if my voice was being ignored.

It seems that Wix tends to move on to new initiatives without fully solidifying its foundation. I’m concerned that if this approach isn’t reconsidered, users might eventually drift away.

That said, the world of IT is built on complex interdependencies, and it’s not uncommon for programs that worked yesterday to suddenly stop functioning today. I can understand that having an overwhelming number of complaints may make it difficult for Wix to address every single one.

Even so, I believe Wix is striving to continue growing despite facing such challenges. As users, one option we have is to trust in and support those efforts.

Engaging in discussions with other users on this forum is one way to show that support. If even just one other person agrees with your point of view, your voice gains more influence with Wix. The difference between having “1” or “2” voices is significant.

When a single person raises an issue, it might be dismissed as a misunderstanding. But if two or more people bring up the same problem, the development team is far more likely to recognize its importance.

So please, don’t hesitate to share your experiences and thoughts. If you can clearly and specifically describe your concerns, other users who have faced similar situations may respond.

Personally, I think the time to leave Wix would be when we feel that all our efforts in this forum go unanswered. Until then, I hope we can continue working together to make this service even better. :smiley:

Thank you for your thoughtful and productive suggestion, it was a lesser part of me that came to complain when overall I’m grateful Wix exist. I did try other web builders before going with Wix.

I sympathise as I am having the same problems. Code that I wrote last year no longer seems to work. I think I will be having to move to a different platform if I cannot resolve these issues.
