For some reason, Wix Video features “unlimited” storage as well as 15Gb per video limits. A user can have TB’s of videos with no issues. Now when it comes to Wix Stores, a digital product counts towards a users 35/50GB capacity plan AND is limited to 1GB zip.
This is not logical. Why would someone selling videos have unlimited capacity and almost no limits to “product” size yet someone selling a digital product is penalized to only be able to provide products up to their sites storage and only 1GB?
This actually costs Wix more in cloud storage AND bandwidth costs so really seems like something that just was a mistake. Can we have Wix Stores moved into the same storage and “product/video” size limits as Wix Video - since they are both apps that bring in revenue.
