when i upload a csv file to import products as usual, i will pasting a url for product image in img-src row. it’s fine before, but now wix will create 2 same images in my media library. it’s wasing site storage. Can wix team fix it?
If Wix is duplicating images when importing products via CSV, try checking if the img-src URLs are absolute (not relative) and ensure they don’t change on each import. Also, clear any previous media uploads before re-importing. If the issue persists, manually upload images to the media library and use those URLs in the CSV instead. You can also contact Wix support to check if it’s a system bug that needs fixing.
