Hello everyone, I have a client that just launched their new eCom store with Wix and they have been using Square POS at in-person markets and now use Square as their payment processor for the online store.
From what I read on Square’s website and forums inventory between Square POS and Wix online stores do not sync. Is this true?
If so has anyone found a practical workaround that doesn’t involve moving from the Wix online store. We just need to make sure that when an order is processed in-person the inventory on the Wix store is also changed.
Does Wix have plans to sync inventory with Square in the future? I find it very odd that this isn’t already a feature when it was launched.
