I’m trying to have the Wix Audio Player play music continuously across multiple pages of my Wix Studio website by putting it in the header/footer. It works in the normal Wix Editor but not in Wix Studio. Can anyone explain why this is the case?
On Wix Studio, whenever I switch pages, the Wix audio player stops playing immediately, which is not the case on the normal Wix Editor. Is there a workaround for this?
Regarding that matter, Mark’s comment in the following link might be helpful. I haven’t thoroughly tested this behavior myself, but if a site created with the standard Wix Editor functions more like an SPA, while a site created with the Wix Studio Editor behaves more like an MPA, it could explain what you’re experiencing.
Yep that sounds like the SPA v MPA issue.
Note though I use my own player so not sure what a wix built one would do. But there is nothing special about mine apart for being built for a live stream rather than files.

However, since he ultimately decided to use a workaround outside of Wix, it suggests that continuous music playback across pages might be difficult due to the limitations of Wix Studio.
