Wix Studio site not publicly visible. Please help!

Question:
I built a website for my client in Wix Studio (www.artfulimpactstudio.com). This is the third Wix site I’ve created, and I’ve never had issues before. However, the site is not publicly accessible.

The DNS settings are correct, and the plan is active. Despite speaking with Wix Studio support five times, the issue remains unresolved.

I need this site live by 3/24/25 for a trade show.

What are you trying to achieve:
I need the site to be publicly accessible.

What have you already tried:
I have done everything I can think of, including speaking with Wix Studio support staff at least five times.

Additional information:
This is the third Wix Studio site I have built, and the only one that has given me any trouble.

Hi, @Eric_Smoldt !!

Why not try duplicating the site and seeing if you can access it? Publishing it as a free plan site and checking if it’s accessible could be an effective way to troubleshoot the issue. :slightly_smiling_face:

This morning, I woke up to a message from the Wix Studio developers informing me that they had fixed the issue, and my site is now publicly visible! Thanks again for your suggestion.

I see, that’s great to hear! I’ve also seen users on this forum reporting similar issues. However, I believe some may end up giving up without getting the support they need :thinking:, so you were quite lucky. Rather than letting this be just a one-time stroke of luck, it would be even more meaningful if the community could learn from your experience. If Wix has provided any explanation about why your site couldn’t be published, it would be great if you could share it as a helpful reference for others who might face the same issue in the future. :slightly_smiling_face:
