Wix Support Closed?

I’ve called support 4 times since they’ve been “open” today only to receive “closed” message. I have a priority support ticket open that has gone unresolved and now my client is asking for a refund for a $6,800 project because their blog post gallery images won’t save links.

Can ANYONE assist me in getting to speak with someone?

Yes, I’m also experiencing a delay in getting a response to my ticket.
