I would like to use the wix tables on a dynamic page.
If I create a Google table and add the URL to the collection. Will I be able to connect the collection to this element?
At this time you cannot really use a Wix Table (from the app market) on a dynamic page - we have not exposed the APIs to do so at this time.
However, you can use the Table element from the User Inputs section of the add panel. You will need some coding to fetch the data from the google url, but once you have the data you can put it into the table element.
