Wix Videos Stopped playing on my site

I have a documentary video site where I showcase videos with a dulation of 45-60 mins but few weeks back everything worked so good , I mean all videos were playing well, but after some time they started stopping, a video can play for like 4 mins or 3 and it stops and when you click to play again it doesnt play unless you refresh the page, I had thought it was a general problem but I realised when you play on an most Ios device and on desktop the videos play well, but on android only some phones can play a complete video, Please can someone help of how I can resolve this because my vistors are complaining.
