Hello.

We have a page that is open to all registered users. But every time logged-in users refresh this page, it shows a message: You donā€™t have permission to this page.
If you click the ā€œgo back to the siteā€ button and then again go back to this page, it will open and work, but sometimes this happens not immediately, but after several attempts.

Hundreds of users write to us in the chat with complaints, and we have to give them instructions. This complicates the process and harms our image. WIX help!

On the video you can see that sometimes member page doesnā€™t open tooā€¦

Zorian, where are you accessing this from? Can you provide your country? Many users had reported this bug 4 months ago and they told us its related to your geographical position.

In any case please open a Support Ticket with Wix Support and see if that helps.

This is regular problem on all my wix sites. Iā€™m from Russia, but iā€™m living in Indonesia now. And all our customers who saw this message they are all from the different countries and cities.
