Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with one of my Wix Studio templates.
When I try to open the template, I get the following error message:
“A technical error occurred while loading this template. Refresh the page or try again later.”
I have already tried:
- Refreshing the page
- Logging out and logging back in
- Using an incognito window
- Trying a different browser
- Clearing browser cache and cookies
The issue still persists, and I cannot access the template.
Has anyone experienced this problem before? Is this a temporary server issue, or is there another solution I should try?
