The shareable file downloaded from “Your Templates” generates a redemption link that returns “We couldn’t load this page”.

What I’m trying to do
Download a working shareable ZIP file from a custom template to sell on Etsy. The buyer should be able to open the HTML file inside the ZIP and add the template to their own Wix account.
What I’ve tried so far
- Created the template via “Your Templates” → “Start from existing site”
- Published the template from inside the editor
- Downloaded the shareable file (ZIP contains “Instructions” and “Use this template” HTML file)
- Opening the HTML file redirects to Log In to Your Wix Account - Wix.com … which fails to load
- Tried multiple times across multiple template versions
- Became a Pioneer Partner — made no difference
- The error persists regardless of which template I use, I tried using a template I bought, which worked perfectly.
Extra context
This appears to be a platform-level bug where the redemption infrastructure is not resolving the link generated inside the ZIP file. The ZIP downloads correctly but the link inside is broken.
