A WIX Forum?

I have been given so much hype about WIX that I went in to explore. I was immediately driven crazy by the balloon tooltip pop-ups occurring with each fractional move of my cursor, then NO WAY to disable them. I finally went into a chat session dealing with an agent that had no clue. When I asked if there was a forum I could join to find out these things, I was told there is none, and given VELO as an alternative.

Is this a joke? Children entrepreneurs with lemonade stands have forums. Is VELO the closest I can get to a WIX User Group?

You are correct that there is not one single Wix user group, though there are many groups depending on what you’re doing, like using Editor X, building an eCommerce site, etc. If you want to learn what’s possible with Wix, check out our Help Center: https://support.wix.com/en/
