It is part of Wix Editor and is visible when you are previewing a Dynamic Page. Can you explain the steps you did and the result you expected?
Hi, the preview panel is visible if you have more than one item in your collection.

I created a simple database with four fields. Name, Desc, Phone, MemberId. I created three rows.
Next I created a dynamic page. The page created and showed only Manage Data Set tool and the preview is not shown.

I followed but not able to get the Advanced tools. Any suggestions on what I am missing?
If possible, can you share a screenshot of the collection? You can blur out sensitive information.
Make sure you have values in the fields that control the dynamic page.
For example, if the dynamic page is controlled by the Title field (the page url is yoursite.com/{Title}) then the Title fields in all rows must have a value.
Another (unlikely) option is that you closed the preview panel, you can get it back by navigating to another page in the editor and then navigating back to the dynamic page.
The possible problem is that all your items have the same value in the Title field.
The dynamic page url is calculated from that field (as you can see on the most left column), and it’s not able to differentiate between the different item.
Please try and change the Title values to be unique and see if that solves the issue.

Could you let me know how to delete a collection? I cannot find an option is there no way to delete it.
Delete collection isn’t yet available, but stay tuned, it’s in the backlog.
