Advice on using a form needed (non-profit site)

Hi! We are organising an event to raise awareness around technology usage. We have used the forms app to create a form for people to sign up. We would greatly appreciate input on:

  1. How do we get the number of participants to show on the site and the number to increase instantly as someone signs up.

  2. How do we create an auto-reply to be sent as participants sign up?
