I’m having trouble with the AI visibility section in analytics
the site is giving ratings for a company called chartr which is a data chart company and not rmy site which is chartr.co.uk - how do i get it to read the right site???

The AI Visibility tool builds its read of your business from three inputs: business name, site URL, and site description — set in Business Info under your site’s Settings. If it’s tracking the other “Chartr,” those fields aren’t distinctive enough to separate you from the existing data-viz company of the same name.
Go to Settings > Business Info and tighten the business name and description so they can’t be conflated — mention what you actually do, not just the brand name. Once saved, give it time: the AI crawlers rescan periodically, this doesn’t update instantly.
If it’s still misattributed after a full rescan cycle, that’s a case for Wix support rather than something fixable from settings — the matching logic itself may need a manual override on their end.
