All images in folder easily accessed for different sites?

Is there a way to keep all images in a folder so you can reach them easily (not having to upload) when you create different sites ( for ex country versions with the same images)
If so where do I access that folder from.

Do you know the Boards inside the Media Manager?
You can try to use it, see if that works for you:
Media Manager > Boards > Create New Board

Now you can add any of your images to any board and it would be available in all of you sites
