All Wix sites down in Brazil (including wix.com)

Hello,

My website in Brazil (www.preparaedu.com.br) has been down since 10:00 PM (Brasília time). Even wix.com is not opening here. Other sites, such as https://vemprafaar.com.br, are also offline.

I urgently need help, as my site serves many clients and right now they are all contacting me because they cannot access the platform. I kindly request special attention to my case, since this outage is directly impacting my business operations.

There was a known issue affecting sites yesterday but the issue should be resolved.

If you’re still experiencing issues, I’d suggest reporting it to customer care so they can escalate it and investigate.

I have been having the same issue with my site www.coolenglish.net every night around 7pm eastern times my users in Brazil can’t access for the last two weeks. Wix is telling me it the fault of Claro and Vivo but those are the larges ISPs in Brazil and I need a solution.
