I’m having trouble with
ApplePay not being available in New Zealand! As a paying member of Wix, it’s excruciatingly unfair that ApplePay isn’t available in New Zealand. As someone who’s running an eCommerce business, customers not being able to quickly checkout with ApplePay is damaging my business as people abandon their carts. It’s no wonder that so many people here are on and switching to Shopify, which has ApplyPay enabled! WIX, what are you doing??? There’s been a ticket for this for ages, please introduce ApplePay here! This is the customer service that I hope you take seriously when we pay you our money!

ApplePay is available here is Australia when using Stripe and activated within the settings. Also need to turn on Express Checkout in the checkout page settings. If AUS have it I would have hoped NZ have the option also.
Yeah I would hope so! But it’s not available in New Zealand, which is so disappointing. I’m hoping Wix can implement this soon or I will need to look at moving to another platform that offers ApplePay, which will be really disappointing.
Are you sure that it is not available through Stripe? It’s a Stripe thing and does not require Wix to natively support ApplePay.
Well I’ll be damned. Looks like it’s available. The article by Wix on ApplePay had a list of countries where ApplyPay was enabled and New Zealand was not one of them. It must have changed recently. Thanks mate
