Question:
Is there a way to schedule an automated emails 2 weeks prior to/on a users birth date they entered when the user is subscribing?

What are you trying to achieve:
We run a restaurant and we want users who have subscribed to our email list to get automated emails for their birthdays,
What have you already tried:
I tried to go the the automation tab and start from scratch. All i could see where options to trigger and email to created “segments”. I don’t see anything that would meet the criteria of our needs.
