It’s here! You can now add FAQ buttons right inside the site chat.
How To activate: (You must have Wix Chat installed)
1: Go to your site dashboard
2: Go to Inbox Settings > Chat Tab
3: Scroll to the “FAQ” card
4: Click “Get Started”

Love this, I hope we can have categories or show specific FAQs for specific pages.
That’s a great request. It’s in the top of our to do list and I hope that we will be able to release it in the next phases of this feature. 
I don’t see this FAQ card. Is this not rolled out yet to all Wix Partners?
Still not showing for my site.
Even though I can set it up, chat doesn’t show the FAQ in preview or live views - other opened Betas work “My Designs”, etc
