@bestofdenis You are absolutely right.
Even though the new menu is much more performant than the previous one, the mere presence of the new menu in your website will cause our old renderer to be used rather than the new one. Hence the big difference in loading time.

The good news is that we hope to finish the adaptations to the menu so that it is supported by the new renderer within 2-3 weeks. Then your website will load faster than ever before.

I will update here as soon as this is the case.

It is exactly that ! (exemple: SHOP > CLOTHES > sub category)
It’s only possible with the shop ? or you can do the same with the item standard menu ? (because i dont find how & dont have the “display order” in my option) Thx

@bestofdenis This is a sneak peek into our internal version that supports a third level of navigation (1: Menu Items, 2: Submenu Titles, 3: Submenu Items). It has not been made available to Beta Partners yet.
You can more about the expected timeline in my response here .

The content can be whatever you choose. In this example I simply called the pages “Shop”, “Clothes” etc.

I have noticed that New templates come with the new menu option. Would it possible to add this to Blank templates on Wix? Many of us partners start with those vs. pre-made ones.

2 questions.

  1. When will the flyout submenu be released? I have one client where it’s needed BADLY! Each one of these items on the drop down have about 5-10 are currently hidden and need to use the flyout submenu for.

  1. when will the multi-menu be released? i’ve been told this is out but I don’t have it yet. Anytime I add a menu, its the same as the main navigation. I can’t customize it to be the pages that I select.

I would be really keen for an update on the sub sub menu feature and when this is likely to realease on Wix’s roadmap? I have a few clients that are in need of this feature urgently.
