My blog www.abhinandps.com/blog has 4300+ posts, but most are not indexing in Google. I’ve submitted and updated the sitemap, tried manual indexing requests, and checked for errors, but still no results. Please help me get my posts crawled and indexed.

I think a lot of it is dependent on the reason that the pages are not indexed. This article will give you some information about the statuses. You can also see the statuses from Google’s end here.
You can also access the site inspection if you want to see the results within your site’s dashboard (considering you have so many pages, you might need to run it a few times as there is a 2,000 page limit).
I think a big thing from checking the site are the blog posts don’t have much internal linking. They seem to direct readers to external sources and only the homepage. Linking similar articles might help as that feels natural to how users would help and builds connecting threads to your site instead of the single entry point from the blog feed.
