I am researching options for a new site. I am switching from using Wordpress for years. I have a client who would like the following, and I am trying to figure out if Wix would work:

  • selling multiple levels of memberships
  • book and pay for parties on certain days
  • book and pay for classes and events
  • book and pay for camps that would last more than one day (I am realizing this can get complicated)
  • a calendar
  • They will also need a separate waiver form for people just coming to their space, as well as a waiver form that gets sent to those registering for the above.

They’d like to be able to list the various events, classes, and camps on pages, and then have people click “book now”.

Finally, if they hire staff who need access to these bookings, would the staff also be able to access and edit the wix site as well if we used wix to manage bookings?

  1. Yes you can accomplish this with pricing plans
  2. Seems like what you’re looking for are appointments or events (which you can create using Wix)
  3. Yes users can book online or pay in person
  4. You can create services that are up to 99 hours long
  5. Wix Bookings has a calendar feature
  6. Yes, you can create waivers using Wix forms
