I have two services that customers can book. A 1 hour golf simulator session and a 2 hour golf simulator session. I have it so each simulator is set up as a staff member for availability. The issue is, if someone books the 1 hour session, all the 2 hour sessions for some reason switch to 1 hour, even though they are each set to the appropriate duration. Does anyone know why this is?
No, no overlap. And no buffer time. I deleted a 1 hour booking from the schedule, and now on the booking calendar for that day the times go back to every two hours. So it’s an issue with whenever there’s a 1 hour booking, it changes all the 2 hour bookings to 1 hour time slots, when the duration of it is 2 hours and that’s how it’s set to display (based off service duration).
That won’t work because it can’t be custom time slots. It needs to be based off appointments so the times can be adjusted as someone books a 1 or 2 hour session.
