Question:
I don’t have staff members, I’m the only member with a single agenda. How can I have multiple services available at different time slots (for example one service can be booked only the Monday, another one only the Wed and Frid …) ?

I’ve tried to create multiple “virtual” staff members linked to my services to get different availabilities for my services. The problem with this option is that since I configured multiple staff members, two people can book the same timeslot for the same day, because the system thinks there are multiple people, but I’m alone. I need to prevent two bookings the same time. I’ve also tried to sync the same Google agenda to all staff members but it still does not work. When one staff member is booked at some time slot, the slot is not blocked for the other staff member, even if they are synced with the same agenda.
Additional information:
I’m open to any suggestion to get this usecase work : “how can I propose multiple services with different availabilities per service while preventing duplicate bookings at the same time ?”

Unfortunately, this is a known issue but it’s currently not possible to do in a conventional way.
One workaround is to create a different staff member for each service like you did, but you cannot sync more then 1 staff member to the same Google calendar.
Here’s what you can do:
- Create a unique resource for each service, and create a fake service that uses this resource on the undesired timeslots. Have the real service user this resource as well. that way clients can book it only when the resource is available. the down side - your calendar might get ugly. But on Wix you can toggle of the view for these fake services, and also delete them on your Google Calendar. I think this is the preferred option.
- I’m no Google expert, but you can sync each of the staff members you created for each service to a different Google Calendar. And in Google settings, have every of their sessions shared to the one unified Google Calendar (can also create a rule that automatically forwards every meeting they get).
