Question:
Can I sell a service package, accept payments but skip the booking functionality? or can I sell a service as a product?

What are you trying to achieve:
I am setting up a website for a spa business. They want to sell service packages onlines and accept payments. But they don’t want to receive booking through wix because they already have another tool. So, the idea is that after the client purchase the package, they are able to call, or email to book their service but they have already payed for that on wix.

What have you already tried:
I have explored the booking feature but I do not see a way to skip the booking option and I am not sure if I am allowed to sell services as product with the wix store feature.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out!
Currently, it’s not possible to to sell services without scheduling a session by using the Wix Bookings solution. We do have a plan to support it in the future.
I recommend voting for this feature request, so you get updates once there’s progress.

In the meantime, as an alternative, you can set products as services and by that be able to sell them to your clients without going through the scheduling process.
