Can I customize the Wix Smart Chat button label and icon?

I’m having trouble with
I want to install a chat for my site. I was deciding between the Wix Smart Chat and Chatway. A few questions:

First of all, after going through installing and deleting these apps a couple times to try them out, I now cannot get the Chatway chat working again. The little chat icon does not appear on the bottom of the screen anymore. Help?

Now, a question about the Wix Smart Chat – is there any way at all to change the button appearance/label on the quick action bar on the mobile site? Right now it is a generic icon and it says AI Chat. I really don’t want it to say AI Chat, because the whole point of the chat on my website is I am putting it on manual mode the whole time, so my members always know they’re speaking with a real, live person!

Or, how can I remove it from the quick action bar completely, and just have the icon show up separately, like on mobile?

Hey! As far as I can tell, there isn’t the option to add additional icons at the moment - but I’ve just shared it as a request with the team :slight_smile: Will update when I have more info :flexed_biceps:
