I’ve made a course site transmitting live videos. I had 40 participants at the same time and some of them reported to me that that page wasn’t launching. I have the Premium Plan. Is there some way to expand the limit of simultaneous visitors?

If your site may experience a high amount of traffic, you can upgrade to a Premium Plan that includes more bandwidth at any time. We will let you know if your site comes close to exceeding its data transfer limits . "

Hi, Ajit Kumar. I am very grateful for your reply. Actually I’ve read these documentations. But I experienced issues that made me think Wix doesn’t support thousands visitors at the same time, as it is described in its documentation. Because of this, I’ve made this post, to know if is there someone with the same problem. When I have about 70 simultaneous visitors, some of them reported to me, that the page was not launching, or it suddenly refreshes. It sounds very strange. But, ok … thanks anyway!
