As you are talking about manual orders through the Wix Stores app, you are better suited going through Wix Support themselves as you have to manually do it yourself, or read the Wix Stores own support pages and see if it mentions it there.

Hey thank you! I have gone to wix support first there is no option to do it without some back end coding, I can send different automatic emails but nothing that is triggered after I select order fulfilled
