Your issue is not code related and therefore should be directed straight to Wix Support and not the Wix Corvid Forum which is for all code related issues only.

As for automated emails, you get them sent out from various Wix apps automatically regardless of if you have set up your own Wix Automation or Triggered Email.
It is something that can’t be currently changed unless there is an option in the Wix app own settings to turn them off or not.

Currently, it is not possible to customize the confirmation email. You can vote for this feature here . It is, however, possible to change the language of your store, which automatically changes the language of your confirmation emails. To learn how to change your store’s language, click here .
