Can one Wix website content be transferred to another Wix website?

I purchased a Wix premium site to create a business website. I found I didn’t have time to make it and hired out to create it. My webmaster started a new, unpaid for second site using Wix studio for the site creation. My question- is there a way to transfer the content of the 2nd built site to my paid for Premium site? As of now I only see the ability to pay to upgrade the 2nd site, then transfer my domain and other information to it.
