Cancellations and pricing policies

Question:
If a client with a pricing plan cancels a class and there is a cancellation fee, are they automatically charged the fee but the class is added back to their plan (ie they haven’t lost the class)? However, if someone cancels a class that they purchased as a service (not via a plan), are they automatically charged the cancellation fee plus they lose the class ie they lose their payment for the class and they are additionally charged the cancellation fee?

Let’s say someone bought 5 classes for £50 and my cancellation fee is £5. If they cancel their first class, they still have all 5 classes in their plan but they are charged £5.

However, if someone bought one class as a service for £10 and then cancelled, they would end up paying £15 (£10 for the class plus £5 fee), is that correct?
