Please contact support. It sounds like you might have signed up during an offer period and are now renewing at the retail price for that plan. This is pretty common and tends to catch people by surprise. I’m sorry it happened to you. While I can’t personally guarantee any specific action, I’ve seen the Wix support team handle similar situations with very generous outcomes.

This has just happened to me with no email warning.
I thought I had cancelled the subscription 3 years ago in 2022 when wix first charged me £640 auto renewal without me realising. Now, it’s 2025 and my account has again auto renewed and this time the charge is £820.
So I have now paid nearly £1500 for a subscription that I thought I had canceled and that has not been used since 2020!
I have contacted customer services and asked for a refund and hope to receive it promptly, it’s so wrong that Wix can renew and charge clearly inactive accounts without any warning.
